STRUCTURAL PIPE LINING: Are your sewer pipes backing up from root infestation, or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes? Are your apartment roof rain leader drains leaking into walls of condominiums? Modern structural pipe replacement installs a new pipe inside of the old pipe. It only takes 3 hours, has a 50 year warranty and is as strong as repiping with new pipe. The internal diameter is only reduced by 5%. We only need one entry point to install the new pipe liner, usually from a rooftop or a small access hole dug outside the building. Compared to old-fashioned excavation, this new inner pipe is cheaper, faster and cleaner. Click Pipe Lining to learn more.
EPOXY PIPE LINING: Nashville has thousands of miles of leaking water pipe infrastructure and is especially prone to pinhole leaks in corroded or damaged pipes creating slab leaks. Our proprietary spray lining process was designed for non-structural and semi-structural renewal of 1/2” to 24” water mains and fire hydrant supply pipes. The process applies a potable water certified epoxy to rehabilitate deteriorated, leaky and corrosion clogged pipes. Pressure and flow ratings restored and the prevention of future corrosion is ensured. Our 10 year epoxy spray coating experience includes over 450,000 linear feet of successfully rehabilitating North American water and fire mains. The epoxy coating has been applied in varying thicknesses in oil refineries, hospitals, hotels, homes, factories, aircraft carriers, water pipelines and apartment high-rises. Click Epoxy Pipe Lining to learn more.
PIPE BURSTING & SLIP LINING: In some circumstances, pipes cannot be lined so “pipe bursting” is used, which involves the physical destruction and outward displacement of the old pipe followed simultaneously by the installation of a new pipe with the same or wider diameter inside the newly created void. In other cases, a new pipe can simply be pulled into the old pipe (“slip lining”), thereby reducing the internal diameter somewhat. Click Pipe Bursting / Slip Lining to learn more.
MANHOLE REHABILITATION: Are you experiencing water infiltration or sewer exfiltration? Throughout Wisconsin sewer old manholes are disintegrating and we offer both physical manhole rehabilitation with fiberglass linings as well as epoxy and polymeric manhole rehabilitation. Welcome
Our Milwaukee W.I trenchless pipe lining company is the only pipe replacement contractor in Wisconsin that offers a complete array of pipe rehabilitation techniques for residential, commercial, city and industrial applications. Hospitals for example will use Cured-In-Place pipe (CIPP) to rehabilitate their vertical leaking rain drain stacks and leaking sewage pipes, and high-rise apartments would use our epoxy pipe lining process to stop pinhole leaks and slab leaks in their copper water pipes. Cities use our sectional repairs to stop root infiltration at separated clay pipe joints and they use our manhole rehabilitation techniques to stop water infiltration and water exfiltration.
Our modern pipe lining techniques allow the trenchless pipe restoration of broken pipes or cracked sewer pipes without excavating floors, walls, driveways, foundations, basements and concrete slabs. This no-dig method of pipe repair is cleaner, cheaper and faster than excavation and repiping of damaged plumbing in Nashville.
Our Permaliner brand pipe liners have a 100-year life expectancy and come with a 50-year warranty. The pipe liners are installed from one access point, like a rooftop or from an outside cleanout so that there is no invasion of living space or workspace. Although underground pipe lining has been around for over 35 years, small diameter CIPP pipe lining was pioneered by Perma-Liner manufacturing. We are an experienced certified Milwaukee Perma-Liner installer and contractor with extensive experience in high-rise apartment CIPP trenchless pipe replacement, sewer main line lining, industrial pipelining, manhole liners and manhole epoxy lining and residential sewer lateral lining in Milwaukee W.I.
Structural Pipe Lining Installation Process
1. The pipe lining contractor uses a water jetter or mechanical pipe cleaning brushes to remove all scale and corrosion deposits causing drain pipe backups in your broken vertical or underground sewer pipes
2. Then the pipe lining company uses a video camera to inspect the sewer plumbing pipes and gets a distance measurement for the trenchless pipelining
3. The pipe liner is cut to length and 100% epoxy resin is mixed and used to saturate the pipe sleeve thoroughly
4. The new liner is installed and the epoxy resin saturated pipe liner is allowed to harden under air pressure against the walls of the broken leaking pipe that needs replacement
5. After 3 hours the new pipe liner has formed a new inner pipe inside the old pipe and the trenchless pipelining process is complete

Featured Project: Epoxy Pipe Lining of Potable Water Lines In Residential Property
Location: E Capitol Dr., Milwaukee, Wisconsin W.I
Problem: Pinhole leaks in copper water supply lines in house foundation
Diagnosis: Copper drinking supply lines corroded and leaking from corrosion caused by chlorine and oxygen in water
In January 2008 Craftsman Pipe Lining was contacted by a distraught homeowner who had just remodeled their entire home with matching expensive wooden flooring. A slab leak was damaging the wood and the customer needed a long term pipe restoration solution that would not displace his entire family again for weeks. Our epoxy pipe coating team was dispatched to the home where they isolated sections of the potable water supply lines and epoxy coated them. The process consisted of sand blasting the interior of the corroded pipes, then air drying them and applying a self hardening mixture of 100% food grade EPA approved epoxy using high speed forced air from large compressors.
The process required that some of the valves and connections had to be replaced, but that was the invasiveness of the system and did not affect the flooring at all. The entire process took 5 days and did not displace the family (excavation would have taken 2-3 weeks and would have required the family to relocate during the pipe replacement process.)
Recent Project in Wisconsin: Pipe Lining of 3” Elevator Shaft Collection Pit Pipe At Airport
Location: General Mitchell International Airport • 5300 South Howell Ave. • Milwaukee, WI 53207.
Problem: Offsett joints in drainage pipe causing infiltration of water into elevator shaft collection pit
Diagnosis: Poorly fused joints in HDPE pipe was allowing water to seep into the pipe
Craftsman was contacted by the maintenance department of the General Mitchell airport about a serious problem. The pipe that drains hydraulic fluids, oils and other liquids from the bottom of an elevator shaft into a collection pit was experiencing water infiltration during rain showers. The sump pump in the pit was not able to keep up with the rate of infiltration causing the pit to overflow and filling the elevator shaft with water, which was an electrical hazard. Excavating the pipe for replacement was out of the question as it was located 16’ beneath the floor of a busy walkway to a terminal.
Instead Craftsman Pipe Lining video inspected the pipeline and measured the length of the pipe liner to be installed. The appropriate amount of expoxy resin was then mixed and used to completely saturate the liner, which was then rolled into a pressurized tank called an “inverter” which uses air pressure to “shoot the length of pipe liner down the broken leaking pipe that needs repair. After 6 hours of cure time, the pipe lining process was complete and the new pipe had an engineered life of 100 years. Normal cure times for these pipe linings are around 3 hours, but since the pipe was filled with water that cooled the hardening resin, additional cure time was allowed for safety.

We permanently restore pipes throughout Naples and would like to help you figure out whether you can use CIPP pipe lining:
There are many pipe restoration techniques available today like Drain Pipe Lining & Potable Epoxy Pipelining Company & Trenchless Pipe Replacement . Do you need CIPP pipe lining ? If your home sewer pipes backing up from root infestation or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes then you need Cured-In-Place-Pipe lining or CIPP. CIPP is also used if your condominium vertical sewer drains or rain leaders are leaking into walls and floors causing severe property damage. CIPP is a permanent pipe replacement inside the old pipe that only reduces internal diameter by 5% and had a 50yr warranty. Installation only takes around four hours so there is very little time that the pipe cannot be used. Our access point to the old pipe for CIPP pipe lining is usually outside the house or building at a cleanout or from a rooftop where the stack emerges vertically.
But potable water and fire suppression pipes in home are usually restored using a permanent sprayed-on epoxy coating that is thinner than CIPP. Many CIPP liners nowadays have been approved by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) for potable water and are used when the host pipe has been weakened by corrosion. Throughout Naples pinhole leaks in copper pipes create slab leaks and leaking galvanized pipes cause water damage and toxic lead leaching into drinking water. First the fire hydrant pipes and drinking water lines are cleaned and then coated with food grade epoxy similar to the inside of food cans.?
There are some rare circumstances when CIPP pipe lining cannot be used in a home like if a video camera or cable cannot be strung through the pipe due to very large holes. There are two last resort options: Pipe bursting and slip lining, or possibly Drain Pipe Lining & Potable Epoxy Pipelining Company & Trenchless Pipe Replacement . “Pipe bursting is a technique where a new pipe is dragged into the old pipe which destroys the old pipe and replaces it with a larger diameter pipe. The second option slip lining in a home sleeves the inside of the old pipe with a new pipe of smaller diameter.
Aging manholes deteriorate to the point where they allow water infiltration or sewer exfiltration in Naples Drain Pipe Lining & Potable Epoxy Pipelining Company & Trenchless Pipe Replacement . Throughout Naples sewer manholes are disintegrating and need to be rehabilitated long term at the lowest cost. We have a wide array of manhole rehab options including epoxy and concrete and polymeric processes.

So how is CIPP pipe lining installed in a ~Pipliner2 ? – for Sewage Pipe Lining Company & Fire Hydrant and Potable Pipe Relining
There was probably an initial pipe video inspection done by a plumbing company that figured out what what was wrong with your pipe. A similar video inspection is done to measure exactly how long the required CIPP pipe lining is. Sometimes the pipes in the hospital pipes have to be “jetted” before the camera work because they are so badly corroded or have so much scale and debris buildup. To get an exact measurement of the CIPP pipe lining distance a piece of duct tape is used to mark the video cable. That distance is transferred to the flexible fabric “liner” which will be used for CIPP pipe lining. Then the pipe lining flexible fabric tube (or liner) that looks like a long sock with the ends cut off is completely saturated with a self-hardening epoxy resin. The liner is then loaded into a large air gun that shoots it into the pipe. Next a very long baloon of sorts is also shot into the inside of the liner to push it against the wall of the pipe and left inflated during the 3 hour epoxy cure time. When it is determined the liner is “cured” the baloon is withdrawn and the new CIPP pipe lining is video inspected to ensure the CIPP pipe lining succeeded. Sometimes a robotic cutter will be sent into the relined pipe to cut open any connections with other pipes that were covered up during the pipelining. We are one of the largest resources for trenchless pipe repair, repiping and relining services in Ohio. Most people have never had to deal with pipelining because blocked drain problems only occur once in their lifetime. But cities and corporations have been Pipelining for over 40 years, and the same technology was introduced to small diameter pipe for home owners, condo owners, apartment buildings, shopping centers, small businesses and anyone else with pipe problems around 12 years ago.
All of our materials have a 50 year warranty and meet ASTM specifications. Repiping, relining and CIPP works on copper, concrete, clay, cast iron, steel and other common plumbing pipes. The most common pipes that need to be replaced are sewer lines and water lines, but all plumbing pipe can be replaced without digging.
Recent Project: 4th of July Emergency Pool Pipe Lining Project (Gates Mills, OH)
Type: Pool return line in Olympic size pool
Problem: pressurized pool line washing away soil bearing the load of pool wall
Location: County Line Rd., Gates Mills, OH 44040
We received an emergency call from the property manager of an exclusive private estate on County Line Rd., Gates Mills. They were preparing for a 4th of July celebration around their $400,000 Olympic size pool, 10’ deep complete with racing lanes, diving boards salt system and geothermal heating. To their dismay they discovered that a 6” cast iron return line had corroded and had been washing away the soil that supports the deep-end wall. Without the support, the water weight inside the pool would surely crack the wall, and to repair such a crack would was estimated to cost $150,000 as the pool would also have to be resurfaced and have all tile replaced. Estimated job duration: 4 weeks.
The pipe lining solution: at the pool house we opened the return line and installed a 60’ pipe liner. The pipeliner had to go around two 90-degree bends, and the pipe relining had to account for the fact that the diameter changed from 4” to 6” about 30’ into the pipe. So a custom pipe liner was manufactured that changed size from 4” to 6” exactly where the host pipe did. After a 3 hour cure time, the liner was inspected and found to be perfect. The only remaining item was a 4” pipe connection (wye) that was covered up by the pipe liner. The connection was cut open from within the connecting pipe by a special tool installed at the end of a cable machine. Total pipe lining cost: $22,000. Job duration: 2 days.
No More Digging – Cleveland Relining of Building and Home Service Laterals
No digging is required when you use our trenchless pipe rehab services. In the past the only way to repair or replace a pipe under your home or business was to dig a trench over the damaged section of pipe. This is no longer required. Our pipelining service allows us to install a new pipe inside the old damaged, cracked, broken or root infested pipe. No matter how bad your old pipe is, we can clean out the debris and install the new pipe sleeve inside and make the pipe new again.
The most common pipe problems in OH are root infested and leaking seams in cracked clay pipe or rusted cast iron pipe, which typically has a missing pipe floor. Our Perma-Liner system can reline these pipes in a few hours. We can handle laterals anywhere from 2 to 8 inches and using the Permaliner inversion method can install liners in 22′s, 45′s and sweeping 90′s.
Email or call us to get a free estimate to have your pipes lined. It’s so much cleaner, cheaper and faster to have your plumbing pipes fixed without excavating and digging up your concrete foundation, driveway, parking lot, flooring, dry wall, landscaping and other costly items.

Recent Job In Cleveland: Sewer Stack Pipe Lining In High Rise Building
Symptoms: Toilets clogging in units, sink and shower drain slow.
Diagnosis: Corroded cast iron pipes – 40 years old. Trenchless pipe restoration required
Location: Cedar Glen Parkway, Cleveland, Ohio
An 80’ high office building was experiencing regular toilet clogs as well as sewer leakage inside the walls of the building. The sewer pipes were video inspected and found to be cracked along their entire length. They need to be replaced, but since the office building was occupied with high-dollar rent tenants, excavation of walls and floors was not a viable option.
The pipe re-lining solution: From the rooftop we lined one sewer stack at a time, leaving the other stacks available for use. Once the vertical waste pipe was lined, a robotic cutter was installed into the lined pipe from where pipe connections that were covered up by the pipelining were re-opened. Each pipe had a two-day downtime and cost around $13,000 to re-line, as opposed to an estimated two weeks for excavation and replacement at a cost of approximately $25,000 (including retiling bathroom walls on each floor).

We are a CIPP pipe lining company operating throughout Pasco County and would like to help you decide what type of pipe lining you need:
There are several tried and tested methods available to restore deteriorated pipes like CIPP Pipe Lining Company & Trenchless Potable & Fire Supression Epoxy Pipe Relining . But can you use CIPP pipe lining or must you dig up the pipe? If your hospital drains backing up from tree root growth or broken or missing clay or cast iron pipe then you need a physical new pipe installed by Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining or CIPP. CIPP is also used if your condominium vertical sewer drains or rain leaders are leaking into walls and floors causing severe property damage. CIPP replaces your pipes by installing a new physical pipe inside the defective pipe and only shrinks the inner diameter by 5.25% and comes with a 50-year warranty. Installation only takes around four hours so there is very little time that the pipe cannot be used. We only need one entry point for CIPP pipe lining to install the new pipe liner usually from a rooftop or a small access hole dug outside the building. ?
But potable water and fire suppression pipes in hospital are usually restored using a permanent sprayed-on epoxy coating that is thinner than CIPP. Today however there are CIPP liners that are approved for drinking water and used when the structural integrity of the old pipe has been compromised. Throughout Pasco County pinhole leaks in copper pipes create slab leaks and leaking galvanized pipes cause water damage and toxic lead leaching into drinking water. Epoxy pipe rehabilitation coats the inside of potable water and fire suppression pipes with EPA approved food-grade epoxy which permanently seals all leaks.
There are times when CIPP pipe lining cannot be used in a hospital like when pipes have partially collapsed. There are two last resort options: Pipe bursting and slip lining, or possibly CIPP Pipe Lining Company & Trenchless Potable & Fire Supression Epoxy Pipe Relining . Pipe bursting involves the physical destruction and simultaneous outward displacement of the old pipe as a new pipe with a larger diameter is dragged into position. The second alternative slip lining in a hospital involves simply pulling a new pipe of smaller diameter into the old pipe.
Eventually all sewage manholes experience leakage in or out of their structure so replacement is needed. The City of Pasco County has a mandate to restore or replace sewer manholes with the lower possible budget. We have a wide array of manhole rehab options including epoxy and concrete and polymeric processes.

So how is CIPP pipe lining installed in a hotel – Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Sewer & Potable Pipe Relining ?
There was probably an initial pipe video inspection done by a plumbing company that figured out what what was wrong with your pipe. A similar video inspection is done to measure exactly how long the required CIPP pipe lining is. The pipes may have to be “jetted” first if the pipes have too much debris on the walls and floors for CIPP pipe lining. To get an exact measurement of the CIPP pipe lining distance a piece of duct tape is used to mark the video cable. That distance is transferred to the flexible fabric “liner” which will be used for CIPP pipe lining. Then the “liner” is wet out with a precise amount of epoxy resin that hardens by itself and the liner is loaded into an “air gun” which shoots the liner into the pipe. That is followed by shooting a very long baloon inside of the liner that holds the liner against the wall of the pipe while the epoxy resin hardens in about 3 hours. We permanently restore pipes throughout Haines City and would like to help you figure out whether you can use sewage pipe relining:
There are many pipe restoration techniques available today like Trenchless Pipe Lining Company . Do you need sewage pipe relining ? If your hospital sewer pipes backing up from root infestation or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes then you need Cured-In-Place-Pipe lining or CIPP. Pipe downtime is only 3 hours whilst the new liner cures under air pressure and is ultimately as strong as repiping with new pipe. Our access point to the old pipe for sewage pipe relining is usually outside the house or building at a cleanout or from a rooftop where the stack emerges vertically.
But drinking water lines and fire hydrant pipes in are usually relined using an epoxy coating process resulting in a thinner structure that with CIPP. Many CIPP liners nowadays have been approved by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) for potable water and are used when the host pipe has been weakened by corrosion. Recent surveys indicate that Haines City has hundreds of miles of copper and steel and galvanized pipes that are leaking causing slab leaks and property damage. Epoxy pipe rehabilitation coats the inside of potable water and fire suppression pipes with EPA approved food-grade epoxy which permanently seals all leaks.
There are some rare circumstances when sewage pipe relining cannot be used in a hospital like if a video camera or cable cannot be strung through the pipe due to very large holes. There are two last resort options: Pipe bursting and slip lining, or possibly Trenchless Pipe Lining Company . “Pipe bursting is a technique where a new pipe is dragged into the old pipe which destroys the old pipe and replaces it with a larger diameter pipe. The second alternative slip lining in a hospital involves simply pulling a new pipe of smaller diameter into the old pipe.
Aging manholes deteriorate to the point where they allow water infiltration or sewer exfiltration in Haines City Trenchless Pipe Lining Company . Throughout Haines City sewer manholes are disintegrating and need to be rehabilitated long term at the lowest cost.
