Frequently Asked Questions for Sewage Pipe Lining Company & Fire Hydrant and Potable Pipe Relining

Q: Can you reline pipes in my high rise that are broken or have missing pieces? A: Yes we can install sewage cured in place pipe relining and cover up the broken or missing sections so that all leaks and roots are prevented. Q: Is it possible to do Underground Pipe Renovation on vertical roof rain drains or sewer stacks in a high rise ? A: Yes – about half of all pipes we line are in high rises that have leaking roof drains or leaking sewage pipes. Q: I only have 10′ of pipe to be lined. Will you come out and how much will it cost to use slip lining ? A: No – sewage cured in place pipe relining companies have to mobilize $100,000-$300,000 worth of patented equipment so it is usually not worth it to them for small jobs. They will however do the sewage cured in place pipe relining for a minimum charge, say $5,000.

Frequently Asked Questions for Sewage Pipe Lining Company & Fire Hydrant and Potable Pipe Relining

Q: Can you reline pipes in my hotelthat are broken or have missing pieces? A: Yes we can install CIPP pipe lining and cover up the broken or missing sections so that all leaks and roots are prevented. Q: Is it possible to do drain lining on vertical roof rain drains or sewer stacks in a hotel? A: Yes – about half of all pipes we line are in high rises that have leaking roof drains or leaking sewage pipes. Q: I only have 10′ of pipe to be lined. Will you come out and how much will it cost to use trenchless pipe ? A: No – CIPP pipe lining companies have to mobilize $100,000-$300,000 worth of patented equipment so it is usually not worth it to them for small jobs. They will however do the CIPP pipe lining for a minimum charge, say $5,000.

Application of tough epoxy coatings to permanently protect manholes from chemical and physical deterioration

We permanently restore pipes throughout Mulberry and would like to help you figure out whether you can use sewage pipe relining:

There are many pipe restoration techniques available today like Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Sewer & Potable Pipe Relining . Do you need sewage pipe relining ? If your factory drains backing up from tree root growth or broken or missing clay or cast iron pipe then you need a physical new pipe installed by Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining or CIPP. CIPP is also used if your condominium vertical sewer drains or rain leaders are leaking into walls and floors causing severe property damage. CIPP is a permanent pipe replacement inside the old pipe that only reduces internal diameter by 5% and had a 50yr warranty. Pipe downtime is only 3 hours whilst the new liner cures under air pressure and is ultimately as strong as repiping with new pipe. Our access point to the old pipe for sewage pipe relining is usually outside the house or building at a cleanout or from a rooftop where the stack emerges vertically.

But drinking water lines and fire hydrant pipes in are usually relined using an epoxy coating process resulting in a thinner structure that with CIPP. Many CIPP liners nowadays have been approved by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) for potable water and are used when the host pipe has been weakened by corrosion. Throughout Mulberry pinhole leaks in copper pipes create slab leaks and leaking galvanized pipes cause water damage and toxic lead leaching into drinking water. First the fire hydrant pipes and drinking water lines are cleaned and then coated with food grade epoxy similar to the inside of food cans.?

There are times when sewage pipe relining cannot be used in a factory like when pipes have partially collapsed. There are two last resort options: Pipe bursting and slip lining, or possibly Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Sewer & Potable Pipe Relining . “Pipe bursting is a technique where a new pipe is dragged into the old pipe which destroys the old pipe and replaces it with a larger diameter pipe. The second alternative slip lining in a factory involves simply pulling a new pipe of smaller diameter into the old pipe.

Eventually all sewage manholes experience leakage in or out of their structure so replacement is needed. Throughout Mulberry sewer manholes are disintegrating and need to be rehabilitated long term at the lowest cost. We have a wide array of manhole rehab options including epoxy and concrete and polymeric processes.

So how is trenchless pipe lining installed in a house- Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Sewer & Potable Pipe Relining ?

There was probably an initial pipe video inspection done by a plumbing company that figured out what what was wrong with your pipe. A similar video inspection is done to measure exactly how long the required trenchless pipe lining is. Sometimes the pipes in the housepipes have to be “jetted” before the camera work because they are so badly corroded or have so much scale and debris buildup. The length of trenchless pipe lining to be lined is precisely marked on the video cable going into the pipe so that the measurement can be used to cut the correct length of pipe lining tube material. Then the “liner” is wet out with a precise amount of epoxy resin that hardens by itself and the liner is loaded into an “air gun” which shoots the liner into the pipe. Next a very long baloon of sorts is also shot into the inside of the liner to push it against the wall of the pipe and left inflated during the 3 hour epoxy cure time. When it is determined the liner is “cured” the baloon is withdrawn and the new trenchless pipe lining is video inspected to ensure the trenchless pipe lining succeeded. Sometimes a robotic cutter will be sent into the relined pipe to cut open any connections with other pipes that were covered up during the pipelining.

SEWER DRAIN PIPE LINING:

Are your sewer pipes backing up from root infestation, or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes? Are your apartment roof rain leader drains leaking into walls of condominiums? Modern pipe lining installs a new pipe inside of the old pipe. It only takes 3 hours, has a 50 year warranty and is as strong as repiping with new pipe. The internal diameter is only reduced by 5%. We only need one entry point to install the new pipe liner, usually from a rooftop or a small access hole dug outside the building. Compared to old-fashioned excavation, this new inner pipe is cheaper, faster and cleaner. Click Pipe Lining to learn more.

EPOXY PIPE LINING:

Dade county, due to it’s thousands of miles of deteriorating potable water pipe infrastructure, is especially prone to pinhole leaks in corroded or damaged pipes creating slab leaks. Leaking galvanized pipes cause water damage and lead leaching into drinking water. Large and small diameter epoxy pipe rehabilitation coats the inside of any pipes with EPA approved food-grade epoxy which permanently seals all leaks. The epoxy coating is applied in varying thicknesses, depending on if it is used in oil refineries, hospitals, hotels, home, factories, aircraft carriers, water pipelines and apartment high-rises. Click Epoxy Pipe Lining to learn more.

PIPE BURSTING & SLIP LINING:

In some circumstances, pipes cannot be lined so “pipe bursting” is used, which involves the physical destruction and outward displacement of the old pipe followed simultaneously by the installation of a new pipe with the same or wider diameter inside the newly created void. In other cases, a new pipe can simply be pulled into the old pipe (“slip lining”), thereby reducing the internal diameter somewhat. Click Pipe Bursting / Slip Lining to learn more.

LOW COST PIPE LINING EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES & INSTALLATION LEADS:

Interested in becoming a pipe lining installer at the lowest possible cost and with real-world training from a cutting edge installer? Click Trenchless Pipe Lining Equipment to learn more.

Our Services In Dade County

Our Dade county trenchless pipe lining company is the only pipe replacement contractor in Florida that offers a complete array of pipe rehabilitation techniques for residential, commercial, city and industrial applications. We are the only company who does air-inversion pipe lining (from Perma-Liner) and pull-in-place lining (like that manufactured by Nu-Flow). Sometimes air-inversion pipe lining is not possible, like when lining 2” pipes that have pipe connection that need to stay open. In such cases we would use pull-in-place lining.

Hospitals for example will use Cured-In-Place pipe (CIPP) to rehabilitate their vertical leaking rain drain stacks and leaking sewage pipes, and high-rise apartments would use our epoxy pipe lining process to stop pinhole leaks and slab leaks in their copper water pipes. Cities use our sectional repairs to stop root infiltration at separated clay pipe joints and they use our manhole rehabilitation techniques to stop water infiltration and water exfiltration.

Our modern pipe lining techniques allow the trenchless pipe restoration of broken pipes or cracked sewer pipes without excavating floors, walls, driveways, foundations, basements and concrete slabs. This no-dig method of pipe repair is cleaner, cheaper and faster than excavation and repiping of damaged plumbing in Dade county.

Our Permaliner brand pipe liners have a 100-year life expectancy and come with a 50-year warranty. The pipe liners are installed from one access point, like a rooftop or from an outside cleanout so that there is no invasion of living space or workspace. Although underground pipe lining has been around for over 35 years, small diameter CIPP pipe lining was pioneered by Perma-Liner manufacturing. We are an experienced certified Florida Perma-Liner installer and contractor with extensive experience in high-rise apartment CIPP trenchless pipe replacement, sewer main line lining, industrial pipelining, manhole liners and manhole epoxy lining and residential sewer lateral lining in Florida.

THE STRUCTURAL PIPE LINING INSTALLATION PROCESS

The pipe lining contractor uses a water jetter or mechanical pipe cleaning brushes to remove all scale and corrosion deposits causing drain pipe backups in your broken underground or vertical sewer pipes

Then the pipe lining company uses a video camera to inspect the sewer plumbing pipes and gets a distance measurement for the trenchless underground pipelining

The pipe liner is cut to the correct length and 100% epoxy resin is mixed and used to saturate the pipe sleeve thoroughly

The new liner is installed and allowed to harden under air pressure against the walls of the broken, leaking, or backed up pipe

After 3 hours the new pipe liner has formed a new pipe inside the old pipe and the trenchless pipe process is complete

An “after” video is made for the customer’s records

RECENT PROJECT IN DADE COUNTY

Commercial Sewer Pipe Lining – 6000 SW 35th St., 33023

Type: Condo Trenchless Pipe Lining

Problem: Sewer drain stoppage for 6 condo units.
We got a call from a distressed property manager about sewer backups at a condo complex on Teal Crt. The main drain sewer pipe had been over flowing from cracks causing backups and sewage leaking in to the homes from beneath the surface. Our plumbing / pipe repair expert suggested a pipe inspection and started our high quality video inspection. The pipe filled with many imperfections, primarily with corrosion and joint leaks. The main culprit of this stoppage was a crushed section of pipe near a joint connecting the condo sewer to the city. Our mobile unit was called onsite and a trenchless sewer repair job was done. We didn’t have to tear up the ground and the job site was left clean without a mess. We aim for a very clean work environment and we take the time needed to get it right the first time. We performed a post inspection with CCTV video and confirmed the job was perfect. Our pipe lining CIPP tech’s are all certified and we are constantly educating them on all new trenchless technology techniques and procedures.

We offer pipe lining for city governments, municipalities, swimming pool owners, property managers, condo associations, home owner associations, parks, recreation, hotels and other property owners.

So how is drain pipelining installed in a ~Pipliner2 ? – for Sewer Pipe Lining And Potable Water Epoxy Pipe Restoration Company

There was probably an initial pipe video inspection done by a plumbing company that figured out what what was wrong with your pipe. A similar video inspection is done to measure exactly how long the required drain pipelining is. Sometimes the pipes in the home pipes have to be “jetted” before the camera work because they are so badly corroded or have so much scale and debris buildup. To get an exact measurement of the drain pipelining distance a piece of duct tape is used to mark the video cable. That distance is transferred to the flexible fabric “liner” which will be used for drain pipelining . Then the pipe lining flexible fabric tube (or liner) that looks like a long sock with the ends cut off is completely saturated with a self-hardening epoxy resin. The liner is then loaded into a large air gun that shoots it into the pipe. That is followed by shooting a very long baloon inside of the liner that holds the liner against the wall of the pipe while the epoxy resin hardens in about 3 hours. The balloon is pulled out after the liner is cured and the new drain pipelining is video inspected. Sometimes a robotic cutter will be sent into the relined pipe to cut open any connections with other pipes that were covered up during the pipelining.
Application of tough epoxy coatings to permanently protect manholes from chemical and physical deterioration

We permanently restore pipes throughout Miami Shores and would like to help you figure out whether you can use sewage cured in place pipe relining:

There are several tried and tested methods available to restore deteriorated pipes like CIPP Pipe Lining Company & Trenchless Potable & Fire Supression Epoxy Pipe Relining . But can you use sewage cured in place pipe relining or must you dig up the pipe? If your high risesewer pipes backing up from root infestation or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes then you need Cured-In-Place-Pipe lining or CIPP. CIPP is also used if your apartment vertical rain-drains or sewage drains are leaking into walls of condominiums in Miami Shores . CIPP is a permanent pipe replacement inside the old pipe that only reduces internal diameter by 5% and had a 50yr warranty. Pipe downtime is only 3 hours whilst the new liner cures under air pressure and is ultimately as strong as repiping with new pipe. Our access point to the old pipe for sewage cured in place pipe relining is usually outside the house or building at a cleanout or from a rooftop where the stack emerges vertically.

But potable water and fire suppression pipes in high riseare usually restored using a permanent sprayed-on epoxy coating that is thinner than CIPP. Today however there are CIPP liners that are approved for drinking water and used when the structural integrity of the old pipe has been compromised. Recent surveys indicate that Miami Shores has hundreds of miles of copper and steel and galvanized pipes that are leaking causing slab leaks and property damage. Epoxy pipe rehabilitation coats the inside of potable water and fire suppression pipes with EPA approved food-grade epoxy which permanently seals all leaks.

There are some rare circumstances when sewage cured in place pipe relining cannot be used in a high riselike if a video camera or cable cannot be strung through the pipe due to very large holes. There are two last resort options: Pipe bursting and slip lining, or possibly CIPP Pipe Lining Company & Trenchless Potable & Fire Supression Epoxy Pipe Relining . “Pipe bursting? is a technique where a new pipe is dragged into the old pipe which destroys the old pipe and replaces it with a larger diameter pipe. The second option ?slip lining? in a high risesleeves the inside of the old pipe with a new pipe of smaller diameter.

Aging manholes deteriorate to the point where they allow water infiltration or sewer exfiltration in Miami Shores CIPP Pipe Lining Company & Trenchless Potable & Fire Supression Epoxy Pipe Relining . Throughout Miami Shores sewer manholes are disintegrating and need to be rehabilitated long term at the lowest cost. We have a wide array of manhole rehab options including epoxy and concrete and polymeric processes.

So how is trenchless pipe lining installed in a hotel- Sewer Pipe Lining And Potable Water Epoxy Pipe Restoration Company ?

There was probably an initial pipe video inspection done by a plumbing company that figured out what what was wrong with your pipe. A similar video inspection is done to measure exactly how long the required trenchless pipe lining is. The pipes may have to be “jetted” first if the pipes have too much debris on the walls and floors for trenchless pipe lining. To get an exact measurement of the trenchless pipe lining distance a piece of duct tape is used to mark the video cable. That distance is transferred to the flexible fabric “liner” which will be used for trenchless pipe lining. Then the “liner” is wet out with a precise amount of epoxy resin that hardens by itself and the liner is loaded into an “air gun” which shoots the liner into the pipe. That is followed by shooting a very long baloon inside of the liner that holds the liner against the wall of the pipe while the epoxy resin hardens in about 3 hours. When it is determined the liner is “cured” the baloon is withdrawn and the new trenchless pipe lining is video inspected to ensure the trenchless pipe lining succeeded. If there were pipes that joined the lined pipe their connections were covered up by the trenchless pipe lining . In such cases a robotic “reinstatement cutter” is sent into the lined pipe to cut open those connections. See How Sewer Pipe Lining And Potable Water Epoxy Pipe Restoration Company works!

Application of tough epoxy coatings to permanently protect manholes from chemical and physical deterioration

We are a trenchless pipe lining company operating throughout Gulf Stream and would like to help you decide what type of pipe lining you need:

There are several tried and tested methods available to restore deteriorated pipes like Sewer and Potable Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Epoxy and Cured In Place PipeLining . But can you use trenchless pipe lining or must you dig up the pipe? If your hotel sewer pipes backing up from root infestation or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes then you need Cured-In-Place-Pipe lining or CIPP. CIPP is also used if your apartment vertical rain-drains or sewage drains are leaking into walls of condominiums in Gulf Stream . CIPP replaces your pipes by installing a new physical pipe inside the defective pipe and only shrinks the inner diameter by 5.25% and comes with a 50-year warranty. Installation only takes around four hours so there is very little time that the pipe cannot be used. Our access point to the old pipe for trenchless pipe lining is usually outside the house or building at a cleanout or from a rooftop where the stack emerges vertically.

Recent surveys indicate that Gulf Stream has hundreds of miles of copper and steel and galvanized pipes that are leaking causing slab leaks and property damage. First the fire hydrant pipes and drinking water lines are cleaned and then coated with food grade epoxy similar to the inside of food cans.?

There are times when trenchless pipe lining cannot be used in a hotel like when pipes have partially collapsed. In such cases there are two last resort alternatives to trenchless pipe lining : Pipe bursting and slip lining or even Sewer and Potable Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Epoxy and Cured In Place PipeLining . Pipe bursting involves the physical destruction and simultaneous outward displacement of the old pipe as a new pipe with a larger diameter is dragged into position. The second option slip lining in a hotel sleeves the inside of the old pipe with a new pipe of smaller diameter.

Aging manholes deteriorate to the point where they allow water infiltration or sewer exfiltration in Gulf Stream Sewer and Potable Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Epoxy and Cured In Place PipeLining . Throughout Gulf Stream sewer manholes are disintegrating and need to be rehabilitated long term at the lowest cost. We offer physical manhole rehabilitation with fiberglass and concrete and epoxy linings.

We are a drain pipelining company operating throughout North Carolina and would like to help you decide what type of pipe lining you need:

There are many pipe restoration techniques available today like Sewer and Potable Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Epoxy and Cured In Place PipeLining. Do you need drain pipelining ? If your high rise sewer pipes backing up from root infestation or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes then you need Cured-In-Place-Pipe lining or CIPP. CIPP is also used if your condominium vertical sewer drains or rain leaders are leaking into walls and floors causing severe property damage. CIPP replaces your pipes by installing a new physical pipe inside the defective pipe and only shrinks the inner diameter by 5.25% and comes with a 50-year warranty. Installation only takes around four hours so there is very little time that the pipe cannot be used. Our access point to the old pipe for drain pipelining is usually outside the house or building at a cleanout or from a rooftop where the stack emerges vertically.

But potable water and fire suppression pipes in high rise are usually restored using a permanent sprayed-on epoxy coating that is thinner than CIPP. Today however there are CIPP liners that are approved for drinking water and used when the structural integrity of the old pipe has been compromised. Recent surveys indicate that North Carolina has hundreds of miles of copper and steel and galvanized pipes that are leaking causing slab leaks and property damage. First the fire hydrant pipes and drinking water lines are cleaned and then coated with food grade epoxy similar to the inside of food cans.?

There are times when drain pipelining cannot be used in a high rise like when pipes have partially collapsed. There are two last resort options: Pipe bursting and slip lining, or possibly Sewer and Potable Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Epoxy and Cured In Place PipeLining. “Pipe bursting is a technique where a new pipe is dragged into the old pipe which destroys the old pipe and replaces it with a larger diameter pipe. The second alternative slip lining in a high rise involves simply pulling a new pipe of smaller diameter into the old pipe.

Aging manholes deteriorate to the point where they allow water infiltration or sewer exfiltration in North Carolina Sewer and Potable Trenchless Pipe Lining Company & Epoxy and Cured In Place PipeLining. Throughout North Carolina sewer manholes are disintegrating and need to be rehabilitated long term at the lowest cost. We offer physical manhole rehabilitation with fiberglass and concrete and epoxy linings.
