But if you cannot convert the leads into a job because it appears you have no experience then you will fail. We can build you a web site complete with photos and job descriptions that will inspire confidence. Alternately, we can build you a custom page on our site that will convert any potential customer into a buyer.

Pipe lining technology for residential and commercial applications utilize one of two types of pipe lining equipment: Pull-In-Place lining and Air Inversion lining. They share some common equipment, so we can custom design a package of equipment that can do both at less than half the cost of both sets of pipe lining equipment. If you have been led to believe that you only need pull-in-place equipment OR air inversion equipment, then you have been lied to. Feel free to call us for numerous examples where the pipe lining installation could only be done with one of the two types of pipe lining equipment!

Pull In Place Pipe Lining Technology:

In some instances, like when lining 3″ and 2″ pipes, the inner pipe connections can be covered up by the pipe liner. Pull In Place pipe lining technology can install the pipe liner without covering up the pipe connections. This is usually the type of trenchless technology used in 3″ residential drain line rehabilitation. Another common application for pull in place pipe lining technology is when you have several bends in the pipe that will not allow air inversion pipe lining (below). And the most important reason to use pull in place pipe lining equipment is when you cannot afford for the relined pipe to be out of service for very long. As you will see, air inversion pipe lining covers up pipe connections inside the pipe, and special robotic cutters have to be used to reopen those service connections.

The downside of pull in place pipe lining technology is that the pipe lining material is pulled into position using a winch (typically), and that means you need access to both sides of the pipe meaning that sometimes two holes have to be excavated to install the liner. Another downside is that although the pipe connections are not covered up by the liner, that same part of the pipe remains un-lined and may continue to be a problem in the future.

Air Inversion Pipe Lining Equipment:

This is the more modern type of trenchless pipe repair and is preferred because it only requires one access point for pipe lining installation equipment. Instead of pulling the liner into position as above, pressurized air inside a tank containing a reel holding the pipe liner used to “shoot” the liner into the host pipe. Essentially the new liner turns inside out as it rolls into position inside the old pipe.

The downside of air inversion pipe lining technology is that is covers up the inner pipe connections which have to be located and cut open. This is the greatest headache as the pipe connections are obscured and sometimes “lost”, and when located, each connection can take up to 2 hours to cut open.

So if you have a pipe that cannot afford to be out of service for 3 hours for the initial liner cure time, plus an additional 2 hours per service connection that has to be reinstated, then pull-in-place pipe lining technology is the only option. In other instances, the customer insists that the entire pipe be relined without skipping connections, in which case you have no choice but to use air inversion pipe lining technology.

Sectional Pipe Lining (“Point Repairs”)

In some instances most of the pipe length is in great condition, but only a small section needs to be repaired. This is common for clay sewer pipes, which typically only have a few flaws requiring pipe repair. In such cases sectional pipe lining is used.
