PIPE LINING: Are you sewer pipes backing up from root infestation, or from missing pipe floors or broken sewer pipes? Are your apartment rain-leaders leaking into walls of condominiums? Modern pipe replacement installs a new pipe inside of the old pipe. It only takes 3 hours, has a 50 year warranty and is as strong as repiping with new pipe. We only need one entry point to install the new pipe liner, usually from a rooftop or a small access hole dug outside the building. Compared to old-fashioned excavation, it’s cheaper, faster and cleaner. Click Pipe Lining to learn more.
EPOXY PIPE LINING: All throughout Dallas, pinhole leaks in copper pipes create slab leaks and leaking galvanized pipes cause water damage and lead leaching into drinking water. Epoxy pipe rehabilitation coats the inside of potable water pipes with EPA approved food-grade epoxy which permanently seals all leaks. It is widely used in hospitals, hotels, home, factories, aircraft carriers, oil pipelines and apartment high-rises. Click Epoxy Pipe Lining to learn more.
PIPE BURSTING & SLIP LINING: In some circumstances, pipes cannot be lined. Sometimes pipe bursting is used, which involves the physical destruction and outward displacement of the old pipe followed simultaneously by the installation of a new pipe with the same or wider diameter inside the newly created void. In other cases, a new pipe can simply be pulled into the old pipe, thereby reducing the internal diameter somewhat. Click Pipe Bursting / Slip Lining to learn more.
MANHOLE REHABILITATION: Are you experiencing water infiltration or sewer exfiltration? Are your San Antonio sewer manholes disintegrating? We offer both physical manhole rehabilitation with fiberglass linings as well as epoxy and polymeric manhole rehabilitation.Click Manhole Rehab to learn more.
We deliver CIPP trenchless pipe installations to commercial, municipal and residential properties throughout Texas. We are a qualified Perma-Liner installer operating primarily Dallas and rehabilitate sewer laterals, city sewer main lines, apartment vertical waste stacks and rainleaders.
Cured In Place Pipe is the modern way of pipe replacement that avoids excavations of structures like roads, driveways, parking lots and restaurants and provides great savings in downtime and structure repairs. Pipe replacement by digging can take weeks to complete and is very messy. The Perma-Liner CIPP system only takes 3 hours for the pipe liner to cure and for the rehabilitated pipe to be put back into use.
Recent Project in Dallas: Residential Pipe Relining on Lakeland Dr
We got a call late at night from a distressed residential customer. Their toilets were clogging, and their sink and shower was draining slow. Trenchless pipe replacement was needed as they were having a function in their home soon and could not have any excavation to replace broken pipes.
Our video investigation of their plumbing showed serious pipe damage, the sewer line pipe was cracked and clogged, causing a blocked sewer line.
The following morning we cleaned the corroded and broken sewer drain line, then we measured the length of pipe liner needed, saturated it with self-hardening resin, and used air pressure to install the liner from the cleanout outside the house. After 3 hours the pipe liner was fully cured and the sewer pipe rehabilitation was complete. Since we specialize in residential pipe lining, we didn’t have to tear up floors, walls and kitchen cabinets.
