Tropicana Orange Juice experienced collapsed cast iron pipes in their main 150’ long waste line during peak production season. Downtime was costing them $40,000- $60,000 per day.
Plumbers recommended bypass pumping to handle the flow while they cut out floors, pipes, re-piped and re-poured concrete. Estimated duration was 7 days. Cost $23,000.
We cut a small 2’x2’ hole in the floor, shot a new liner, refilled and repaired the floor. Duration 1 day.Cost: $11,253.
