Craftsman Pipe Lining - Underground Pipe Repairs

Craftsman Pipe Lining specializes in trenchless pipe repairs with the Perma-Liner™ inversion process that uses the existing pipe as a host for a new inner pipe. Since no excavation is required it is less expensive and faster than traditional dig-and-replace methods, so municipalities and property owners save millions in construction work and downtime. We can line any 2”-10” pipe whether it is cast iron, clay or Orangeburg without damaging utilities and sprinkler lines, and put back in service the same day. If needed, collapsed sections of pipe are replaced with PVC before the entire length of pipe is relined to ensure total seamlessness.

Typical Applications

  • Damaged sewer lateral relines with water infiltration or ex-filtration
  • Hurricane-damaged down spouts, cracked vertical internal gutters in high rises
  • Rotted pipes beneath restaurant and factory floors
  • Corroded cast iron or deteriorated clay pipes
  • Cracked pipes and offset joints from settlement or earthquakes
  • Root intrusion & damage
  • Repairing storm water lines

Craftsman Pipe Lining is headquartered in Largo, Florida and provides trenchless pipe repairs throughout the southeastern United States.

Since Perma-Liner™ pipe restoration can be installed quickly and quietly beneath houses, apartment buildings, driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, railways, tunnels, shopping centers, malls, military bases and inside ships, there is usually no need to install a plumbing bypass to handle the regular flow.

Even though the diameter of the resulting pipe is slightly reduced, flow actually improves because the smooth PVC lining has a lower coefficient of friction than concrete or clay.

This technology can rehabilitate a 2"-10" pipe of any kind, and has stood the test of time. It

  • Renews pipe life to a minimum of 50 years as per ASTM 1216 third party testing
  • Is IAPMO approved and NSF-Sewer Standard 14 Certified
  • The Perma-Lateral™ Lining System / Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) is the only system and materials to be approved for lining pipelines in the City of Los Angeles, Ca. The approval has been granted by the Department of Building and Safety per strict Los Angeles Plumbing Code (LAPC) requirements and 3rd party testing. Perma-Lateral™ Lining Materials meet their strict non-stretch liner requirements. Only Perma-Liner™ provides patent non-stretch lining materials. The Perma-Lateral™ liner allows the installer to invert the liner through the existing building sewer pipeline to the city main sewer connection without stretching into the city sewer main. Normal felt liners without the patent scrim can stretch into the city sewer main and cause blockages that require emergency digging and/or robotic cutting devices.
